In this paper, twelve strains which could produce bio-surfactant were screened by designing a selective cultural medium and all of them could reduce the surface tension of the fermentation solution from ( 68 ± 0.2) mN/ m to 40 mN/ m. 本文通过设计筛选培养基,从饭店下水道污泥中筛选出12株生物表面活性剂产生菌,它们都能使复筛发酵液的表面张力从(68±0.2)mN/m降低到小于40mN/m。
